FAQ

Everything cruise guests ask us

Straight answers to the questions we hear every week at the port. Anything else? Just ask, we reply fast.

Where do you pick us up at the cruise port?

We serve both of Roatán's cruise ports: Port of Roatan in Coxen Hole (Town Center) and Mahogany Bay. When you book, we confirm an exact, easy-to-find meeting point just outside your terminal, and your guide will be waiting with a sign. Message us on WhatsApp when you dock and we'll walk you right to them.

Which cruise lines and ships do you serve?

All of them. If your Western Caribbean cruise calls at Roatán, we'll be there. Guests sail in with Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Norwegian (NCL), MSC, Princess and Holland America, among others. Royal Caribbean, Norwegian and MSC typically dock at the Port of Roatan in Coxen Hole (Town Center), while Carnival, Princess and Holland America use Mahogany Bay, listed on some Carnival itineraries as Isla Roatán. Tell us your ship's name and we'll confirm your port and exact meeting point.

Will we make it back to the ship on time?

Getting you back with time to spare is rule number one. We plan every itinerary around your ship's all-aboard time with a comfortable buffer, and your guide keeps an eye on the clock all day so you never have to. We live here, so we know exactly how long every road and stop takes.

Is it safe to book with a local company instead of the cruise line?

Thousands of cruise visitors tour Roatán with local operators every week, and you get a private vehicle, a flexible itinerary and local knowledge for your money instead of a 40-person bus. We hold a 100% recommendation rating from 49 reviews on Facebook, and you can reach us directly on WhatsApp before, during and after your visit.

How much does a tour cost?

Every tour is custom, so pricing depends on your group size and the stops you choose. Send us your date, party size and wish list through the contact form or WhatsApp and we'll reply quickly with a straightforward quote, no obligation.

Can you handle kids, grandparents and big groups?

Absolutely. Family tours are our specialty. Guests regularly bring toddlers, teens and grandparents, and we've hosted groups of 16+. We match the pace, stops and vehicle to your crew, and gentle options like the glass-bottom boat mean nobody sits the day out.

What should we bring?

Swimwear and a towel if your day includes water, reef-safe sunscreen, comfortable shoes, a hat, and some cash for souvenirs and lunch. US dollars are widely accepted on the island. We'll send a short packing note once your day is planned.

What if it rains or we change our minds mid-day?

Island weather moves fast, and so do we. Your day is private, so we can reshuffle stops, swap an activity, or linger longer where you're having fun. Guests tell us that flexibility is exactly why they book with us.

Do your guides speak English?

Yes. Tours run in English or Spanish, whichever your group prefers. Roatán is an English-speaking island at heart, and our guides grew up here speaking both.
